What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at infobelivu@gmail.com.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with photos or a detailed description of the problem to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

Can I return personalized or custom-made items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items. These items are specially made to order and cannot be resold. Please ensure that you double-check all customization details before placing your order.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure a faster and smoother process.

What is the refund process?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

What if I'm located in the European Union?

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
